Refurbished:
Refurbished product has been restored to the original equipment manufacturers normal operating specifications. Most Refurbished product has undergone testing, cleaning and repackaging to ensure it is in resalable condition. Cosmetic appearance is the primary difference between Refurbished units. Where possible, we try to denote these cosmetic differences in the Item Details section as A, B or C grade.

DETAILED CRITERIA:

Operational:

* Complete quality and operational tests.
* Battery cycle tested to confirm 80-100% of original life.
* Touch Screen (Touch only), Buttons, Earphone and USB ports checked and fully operational.
* Complete data wipe and fully restored to factory settings.
* Complete Q/A test prior to packaging.

Cosmetic:

* Good overall cosmetic condition (8-6 on a scale of 10).
* Generally contains mild to heavy scratching on back and/or sides of unit, with possible dings or dents on casing.
* Front, including screen, is in good condition may contain limited, light scratches.
* Unit is thoroughly cleaned prior to packaging.

Accessories and Packaging:

* NEW earbuds.
* Like new USB.
* Like new Dock Adaptor.
* Start up Guide.
* Repackaged in non-original case.
